Website maintenance on 17 Nov 2013 and important notice for temporary / disposal email user
We're happy to announce that in the next couple of days we will be pushing our new FinchVPN website into production!
In order to ensure a smooth transition, we'll be putting both our website (https://www.finchvpn.com/) and the API server into maintenance mode starting at 20:00 GMT +8 on Sunday (November 17th, 2013).
During this time, registration and billing access will be disabled. However, you will be able to contact us at [email protected]
Time required for the maintenance is expected to be less than 1 hour, but to ensure everything goes well we're allocating roughly 2 to 3 hours for the transition regarding the new FinchVPN website.
In case you haven't been following the updates, FinchVPN will be bringing a handful of new features along with the improved interface. A few notable changes are:
- Support Ticket System
- Reseller System
- Multi currency
- Coupon system
- Premium Server Quota Reset
- Blog/News section
- What is my IP section
While the website is down for the maintenance, your VPN access (using OpenVPN GUI) will be completely unaffected, and can connect as usual.
In order to reduce duplicate users or users that plan to abuse our servers, user that register with fake/temporary or disposable email will be given 3 days to change your email and after that on November 20th, 2013 those accounts will be removed from our system.
